2016 EDITION
The 1st edition of the Future Industry Congress, analyzed how the confluence of industrial and digital technologies are driving reindustrialization, thanks to the so-called fourth industrial revolution or factory 4.0.
The Congress delved into the digital industry, which encompasses the Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud Computing, digital manufacturing and cybersecurity; the efficient industry, which includes advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation, energy efficiency, recycling and advanced materials, and new industrial models, which include production on demand, business models and customization.
